The short string has the titles and the core skills. Start with it. The full string adds related skills: use it when the short string finds too many profiles. Copy a string as it is, or change the terms in the generator.
Construction Manager, Project Manager Construction, Site Manager, Superintendent, Construction Project Manager
Construction Management, Scheduling, Procore, OSHA, Budgeting, Subcontractor Management
Paste a string into the LinkedIn search box and open the People results. It finds profiles with one of the titles and the core skills. Set the location with the Locations filter. To get more results, remove a skill.
("Construction Manager" OR "Project Manager Construction" OR "Site Manager" OR Superintendent) AND "Construction Management" AND Scheduling
("Construction Manager" OR "Project Manager Construction" OR "Site Manager" OR Superintendent) AND "Construction Management" AND Scheduling AND (Procore OR OSHA OR Budgeting OR "Subcontractor Management")
Paste a string into the Keywords field of LinkedIn Recruiter, or split it between the Job titles and Keywords fields as shown. Set the location with the Location filter, not in the string.
Recruiter fields for the full string
"Construction Manager" OR "Project Manager Construction" OR "Site Manager" OR Superintendent
"Construction Management" AND Scheduling AND (Procore OR OSHA OR Budgeting OR "Subcontractor Management")
Paste a string into Google. It finds public LinkedIn profiles of Construction Manager candidates. Google reads only the first 32 words, so each string shows its word count. To add a city, type it in quotes.
